Betty dealt with the claims process first-hand when she was in a traumatic car crash at 18 years old. She found the process infuriating, deceptive, and unfair. Thankfully, Betty ended up getting resolution through her local small claims court and was victorious. That experience fostered a deep empathy for injured people and a passion for justice.
Betty has been working in the field of personal injury law since 2017. She started at Ladenburg Law when they opened their doors in February of 2019. Betty is a legal staff member of the Washington State Association of Justice and serves as a notary public.
She is an active member of the community, volunteering her time and talents to Family Promise of Grays Harbor, Black Lives Matter, and Next Door Solutions to Domestic Violence.
Betty lives outside of West Olympia with her husband, Josh, and children. They love exploring the glorious Pacific Northwest, visiting their family in California, and going to the movies.
