Mariana grew up surrounded by family involved in the legal industry. Her mother was employed at the Superior Court of Justice in the City of Mexico, her sister works for the City of Tacoma Attorney’s Office, and her aunt manages a local L&I firm in Tacoma. Even though it wasn’t her intended field, Mariana began to develop an interest in which turned into a passion for helping victims of personal injury. She has seen how some victims never go back to living the same lifestyle again and works to help them obtain the compensation they deserve.
Mariana started her work in the legal industry more than three years ago, working at the Law Office of Dwayne Christopher, who is now a Tacoma Municipal Court Judge. As his sole paralegal and legal assistant, she managed a large case load prior to and during his campaign and following his election. In February 2019, Mariana joined the Ladenburg Law team. She is a native Spanish speaker and handles all the firm’s Spanish speaking clients.
Mariana resides in Tacoma, where she was raised. Outside of law, she works alongside her mom, who has been a Mary Kay Independent Sales Director for the past ten years. In her spare time, Mariana enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading personal development books, and working out.
