Ladenburg Law Opens Second Office Location in Olympia

To better serve our clients, we have opened a second office in Olympia. The new office is located at 506 4th Avenue E., Suite 205, Olympia, WA.

Expanding our Level of Help to Olympia Residents

We decided it just made sense to open an office in Olympia after decades of serving clients from the area.

Here are a few recent cases we’ve helped Olympia clients with:

• In April of 2020 and after 6 years of litigation, Ladenburg Law forced the State of Washington to pay our client $800,000 for injuries sustained due to a dangerous road. Our client was injured on State Route 8 where several other people had been injured or killed in the past. The State had failed to install a guardrail on a curved section of highway next to steep embankment and large trees. Fortunately for drivers of State Route 8, the State finally realized this section of road needed improvements and installed rumble strips, a guardrail, and removed trees that were too close the road.
• We recently obtained a settlement of $400,000 for a box truck driver that was rear-ended in Thurston County by a negligent driver.
• In 2019, we settled a case for a young mother who was rear-ended by a dump truck on I-5 in Olympia. The client initially hired another law firm but was dissatisfied with the amount they were encouraging her to accept for her claim. She hired Ladenburg Law and we filed a lawsuit and litigated the case for over a year. The pressure Ladenburg Law put on the insurance company convinced them to fairly compensate our client. The case settled for 3.5 times what her previous attorney had recommended she accept.
• In 2014, Ladenburg Law sued Intercity Transit for the wrongful death of a motorcycle rider who was killed when a bus driver failed to stop at a stop sign in Olympia. The case was resolved at mediation providing fair compensation to the deceased rider’s two children.
